Principal Private Secretary
- Stenographers employed by the national government, state governments, union territories, or public sector organizations
- holding a regular position in a position similar to that in the parent cadre or Department
- with six years of regular service at Level-8 ($1100/year in the parent cadre or equivalent in the pay matrix)
- with seven years of regular Level-7 employment
- The pay matrix ranges from Rs. 44900 to 142400, or its equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Section Officer
- Bachelor’s degree taken from a reputable university or institute
- Two years of experience working in a government office, public sector undertaking, autonomous body, or statutory body in the areas of accounts, administration, and vigilance establishment.
- Possessing equivalent positions in the parent cadre or Department on a regular basis, or having five years of regular service at level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the pay matrix, or an equivalent position in the parent cadre.
Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree earned at a reputable university or institute
- holding similar positions regularly or
- with six years of level-5 service, the equivalent of Rs. 29200 to 92300 in the pay matrix after regular appointment thereto in the parent cadre or department,
- With ten years of level-4 service, Rs. 25500-81100 in the pay matrix or an equivalent salary after regular appointment to that level in the parent cadre or department
Upper Division Clerk
- holding similar positions regularly or
- 8 years of continuous employment as a Lower Division Clerk or an equivalent.
