- Copies of certificates and grade reports with self-attestations supporting academic, technical, and other qualifications, etc. When requested, original certificates and mark sheets must be provided.

Indian Navy Draughtsman Recruitment 2023: Educational Criteria
- Holding comparable positions regularly in the Central Government. OR With five years of similar service in the Central Government in Pay Level 4, VII CPC (Rs 25500-81100) (formerly Rs 4000-6000), after regular appointment to the grade.
- Three-year diplomas in civil, mechanical, electrical, naval architecture, and ship construction engineering from an industrial training institute, or its equivalent, or a two-year diploma or certificate in commercial art from a reputable institution plus three years of draughtsmanship experience in a reputable organization.
Indian Navy Draughtsman Recruitment 2023: Age Criteria
As of the deadline for receiving applications, the maximum age for deputation appointments shall not exceed 56 years.
