  3. Capacity Building (10 positions)
    Professionals in this domain will focus on developing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capacities of rural communities and institutions.
  4. Financial Inclusion (10 positions)
    These roles aim to promote financial literacy and ensure that marginalized communities have access to banking and credit facilities.
  5. Digital Financial Literacy (4 positions)
    Digital literacy is critical in today’s digital world. SRPs in this domain will teach rural populations how to leverage digital tools for financial transactions and management.
  6. Marketing (15 positions)
    Marketing experts will support rural enterprises in improving their market reach, developing branding strategies, and enhancing sales performance.
  7. Livelihoods (10 positions)
    Focused on increasing the income potential of rural communities through various livelihood strategies, these SRPs will play a key role in improving the quality of life in rural areas.
  8. Organic Farming (5 positions)
    Experts in organic farming will promote sustainable agriculture by guiding farmers on organic practices and reducing their dependence on harmful chemicals.
  9. Sustainable Agriculture (5 positions)
    These roles focus on developing eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural practices that benefit the environment and ensure long-term productivity.
  10. Livestock (5 positions)
    Livestock SRPs will work towards improving animal husbandry practices, increasing productivity, and ensuring that rural farmers derive maximum benefit from livestock management.
  11. Non-Farm Livelihoods (10 positions)
    These professionals will support rural enterprises that are not related to farming, providing opportunities for diversification of income sources.
  12. Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) (5 positions)
    SRPs in this field will work to promote the sustainable harvesting of forest products, ensuring both economic benefits and ecological balance.
  13. Value Chain Development (10 positions)
    Value chain experts will enhance the efficiency and profitability of rural production systems by streamlining processes from production to market.
  14. Convergences (5 positions)
    These SRPs will work on aligning various rural development schemes and projects to ensure a more unified and impactful approach to rural upliftment.
  15. Monitoring and Evaluation (5 positions)
    Monitoring and evaluation experts will ensure that the various initiatives undertaken by MSRLM are effective and meet their goals.
  16. Human Resource Management (5 positions)
    HR professionals are needed to manage and support the workforce behind MSRLM’s initiatives, ensuring that the right talent is in place for impactful programs.
  17. Finance and Account Management (5 positions)
    These SRPs will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and audits to ensure that MSRLM’s programs are financially sound.
  18. Model Cluster Level Federation (MCLF) (245 positions)
    With a large number of positions open, MCLF experts will work on strengthening cluster-level federations that support rural communities in their livelihood pursuits.
  19. Knowledge Management and Communication (5 positions)
    SRPs in this field will develop and manage communication strategies, ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared within and outside the organization.
  20. Business Plan Development for FPO/PE/CLF/VO/PG (5 positions)
    Business development experts will create and guide business plans for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Producer Enterprises (PEs), and other rural enterprises.
  21. CBO and FPO Management (10 positions)
    Community-based organizations (CBOs) and FPO management experts will support rural enterprises in their organizational and managerial needs.
