SBI Probationary Officer 2023: Psychometric Test
The SBI PO selection process involves a Psychometric test for personality profiling, which may be conducted for candidates who are shortlisted for Phase III of the recruitment process. The findings of this test will be presented to the interview panel to provide a comprehensive perspective on the candidates.
The final stage of selection for successful candidates who have cleared the first two phases of the SBI PO exam includes a Group Discussion, accounting for 20 marks, and a Personal Interview, which is worth 30 marks.
After both the Objective Tests and Descriptive tests are completed, the aggregate marks of all candidates will be arranged in descending order within each category. The Bank will then call a predetermined number of candidates from each category for Group Exercises and interviews.
The qualifying marks for Group Discussion and Interview will be determined by the Bank and may vary from year to year. Candidates must meet these qualifying marks to move forward in the selection process.
SBI Probationary Officer 2023: Final Selection
In the SBI PO selection process, candidates are required to qualify separately in both Phase-II and Phase-III. The marks obtained in the Main Examination (Phase-II), including both the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase-III, which includes the Group Discussion and Personal Interview, for the purpose of preparing the final merit list.
