Indian navy has already decided on the recruitment of process for Agni veer (SSR/MR) 2023 second batch and this time positions will be open and available for both men and women.

The selection process will be as followed:
1. Shortlisting
2. Written examination, PFT, Initial Medical
3. Final recruitment medical examination

Who are eligible to apply?
For Agni veer (MR), and Agni veer (SSR), candidates must have completed their 10+2 examinations along with Maths and Physics and either Chemistry or biology or computer science from a recognized board of school education.

What is Agni path Scheme?
Indian Agni path Scheme was announced on 22nd June 2022 for the recruitment of Indian youth in the Indian Armed Forces as Agni veers. In case of women who apply, they will be inducted as Agni veer (SSR) and Agni veer (MR) and will be posted on board ships as per the vacancies and facilities available on board.

The official notification for the 02/2023 batch is yet to be released. And so is other details like the exam commencement dates and all. The application date although starts from 29th May and is exceptionally online.

What is certain is the syllabus for the exam. The officials have revealed that the exam pattern and syllabus would be very similar to that of the 01/2023 batch; and it has been said that exam will be based on 12th grade education.

The total marks for both the papers will be 100 with each paper carrying 25 marks.
